Dear Dr. Gindoff,
My husband and I want to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks for all the support and medical care that your team has provided to us. We are awestruck and touched by the humanity and compassion with which we have been treated.
As you know, we went through 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs before we came to you. We were filled with such apprehension, fear, and disgust for the “infertility industry.” So many questions and doubts filled our heads that we really thought we would never be able to conceive. We were heartbroken and completely demoralized when we came to you. Your calm, reassuring demeanor put us at ease right away, and we feel extremely blessed that our mouse-clicks on the Internet les us to you.
Whatever the outcome from this cycle, I will always say that we received the best care and personalized attention from you and your staff.
For that, I cannot thank you enough. It is a very special gift that you have given us, and we will always treasure that moment when we first learned that I was pregnant. And today…when we first heard and saw the heartbeats…..how sweet the sound! It will be indelibly stitched in our minds and hearts.
So many reassuring words exchanged, so many hugs given, so many lessons learned from everyone – I will take it all with me. We will always remember this special kindness and everyone’s devotion to providing compassionate care.
We are touched by everyone’s support, and I hope you will convey our immense gratitude and sheer admirations to all you staff … Madelaine, Dr. Dubey, Dr. Frankfurter, Dr. Rogers…If I have forgotten anyone, please blame it on a forgetful, yet grateful heart…
