Our Experience
GWIVF has been serving the Washington community for 17 years. We are the only not-for profit university affiliated IVF center in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Our physicians are fellowship trained members of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and have performed thousands of IVF procedures. They are members of the George Washington School of Medicine faculty and are world recognized leaders in the fields of infertility and reproduction.
Our Approach
Every individual is unique. Accordingly no single treatment plan is appropriate for all people. We treat people as individuals, paying attention, listening closely, assessing the situation and selecting a therapy that is right for you. Our physicians are experts in diagnosing and providing solutions for reproductive problems. They will personally perform the diagnostic testing and explain the findings directly. Following a thorough evaluation, a customized treatment plan will be offered. All along the way you will understand your treatment plan and its likely outcomes. Our goal is to individually counsel couples and allow them to decide on a treatment that suits their needs. You will be an active participant, empowered, so that you can make informed decisions relating to your care.
Our Center
We offer services in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. IVF is performed in a state-of-the-art facility near the George Washington University Campus, 2 blocks from the Foggy Bottom Metro station. We are JCAHO accredited and CAP certified. These serve as testimony to our experience, excellence and professionalism.
Support
Advanced fertility treatment can seem imposing. We understand this. To help, we make available a wide range of support services like educational seminars on infertility, pregnancy loss and egg donation. We provide classes on In Vitro Fertilization techniques. We offer counseling to help with the stress of this process.
